Google and Facebook have been sued by a data company from New York for infringement of a patent that allows users to participate in social networks on mobile phones.

Wireless Ink Corp. has Winksite site service and told that both Facebook and Google Mobile Buzz use a patent issued in October 2009. In a complaint submitted to a court in Manhattan, company wants to get compensation and a court order preventing use of the services offered by the two companies charged. Read more »
