65,000 free electronic books

If you are interested in buying an Amazon Kindle E-book reader but you are not fully decided yet, here’s a reason that is sure to tilt the balance in favor of the acquisition: The British Library (in partnership with Microsoft) will offer in spring no more than 65,000 free books in electronic format. Printed versions will be on sale at Amazon.com at about 15 pounds.

The 65,000 books are written by the authors of the nineteenth century, and their electronic transition lasted three years. British Library wants to expand future collection book of the twentieth century.
