If you thought the Motorola handset is expected to enjoy popularity and leave aside Droid launches a period, well we learn that the producer is preparing a new handset, this time for the Chinese market. Named Motorola MT710, it will run the terminal operating system developed by China Mobile, Open Home System based on Android.
Motorola OPhone – Android phone for China
OPhone was already in media attention, but only in relation to manufacturers like Lenovo, Samsung, LG or Philips, not Motorola. However, implementation of this platform is perfect, since Moto has a strong presence in the Chinese market. We don’t know too many details about the MT710, besides the fact that you can incorporate a display of 3.7 inches, with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and that will supports 3G connectivity.
Apparently, the specifications of the newcomer are very much like those of Motorola Droid, except the keyboard, which will be dropped in favor of one virtual. It looks like Moto does not stop here and will still launch 6 Android models in China in 2010.
