Lucky people from Engadget had the opportunity to play with a Google Phone / Nexus One before its official launch, making its first review. This after I saw many pictures, videos and specifications escaped the web, which describes the phone as the next iPhone killer. If so or not find among the following:

We do a brief recap of the specifications, find a phone manufactured by HTC, running Android 2.1 using the Snapdragon processor 1 GHz and integrate handset and a touch screen of 3.7 inches with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, but unfortunately without multitouch support.

Nexus One has 512 MB ROM and 512 MB RAM, a slot for microSD cards up to 32GB, a 5 megapixel camera, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor and light. Apparently, this phone is thinner and more refined than the iPhone, yet keeping industrial design specific brand HTC.
Although we would expect this to be an iPhone killer, we find out the Engadget review of the first phone that even Google has its problems. First, handset looks too much like Motorola Droid, except speed software, that sometimes still suffers a little lag and apparent lack of multitouch.
Minor changes of the OS’s, animated wallpapers and home screens are different navigation process easier and intuitive than the Droid example. To complete review handset, you can take a look here at first impressions about the Nexus One.
